About This

• The 20-Inch Pad That Cuts Your Floor Time: A 20-inch pad covers more floor per pass than any 17-inch machine. This floor polisher pairs that width with a 1.5 HP motor at 175 RPM, so large lobbies, gyms, cafeterias and warehouse floors get stripped, scrubbed and polished in fewer passes and less time. Built for crews that bill by the job, not the hour.
• Cast Iron Chassis for Daily Commercial Duty: The chassis is cast iron and the shroud is reinforced epoxy powder coated steel. At 106 lb, this concrete floor scrubber and hard surface machine keeps its full-size pad planted for consistent floor contact. The weight does the downward work so the operator just steers.
• Strip, Scrub, Shampoo and Polish With One Machine: Swap the pad and this floor cleaning machine changes jobs. Black pads strip old finish. Green pads scrub heavy soil. Red pads spray buff. White pads polish. It handles VCT, terrazzo, marble, concrete and hardwood with the same 175 RPM swing speed the industry runs on.
• 50-Foot Grounded Cord Covers the Whole Space: The 50-foot 3-wire grounded 14-gauge cord on this floor brush scrubber machine reaches across full commercial floors from one outlet. The 2-piece chromed 13-gauge steel handle adjusts for operator height with a safety switch and locking mechanism built in.
• Rolls Between Jobs Without Marking the Floor: Five-inch non-marking wheels roll this floor scrubber machine with brushes or pads from storage to the job and between areas without scuffing finished surfaces. 5-year limited warranty from Koblenz, making commercial floor care equipment since 1959.
