About This

• The 13-Inch Pad That Fits Where Big Machines Can't: Restrooms, kitchens, narrow aisles, elevators, dorm rooms. This floor scrubber machine runs a 13-inch pad through the spaces a 20-inch machine can’t enter. Same 175 RPM swing speed as the full-size machines, scaled to the tight spots that usually get cleaned by hand.
• Aluminum Body at Just 61 Pounds: The aluminum shroud and chassis keep this commercial floor scrubber at 61 lb, light enough to carry upstairs, lift into a van or move between buildings without a cart. Aluminum doesn’t rust, takes daily bumps and keeps its finish through years of wet work.
• Three-Quarter HP With Double Planetary Drive: The 3/4 HP motor and double planetary transmission on this floor scrub brush replacement deliver smooth, consistent power to the pad. It starts on low voltage, runs cool through continuous use and handles stripping, scrubbing and buffing on every hard floor surface.
• Strips, Scrubs and Polishes Every Hard Surface: VCT, ceramic tile, marble, terrazzo, concrete, hardwood. Swap standard 13-inch pads and brushes and this electric floor scrubber moves through the full maintenance cycle. Black to strip, green to scrub, white to polish. One compact machine, every job.
• 50-Foot Cord and a Handle Built for Control: The 50-foot 3-wire grounded cord reaches the whole floor from one outlet. The 2-piece chromed 13-gauge steel handle adjusts for height with a safety switch and lock. This floor polisher machine carries a 5-year limited warranty from Koblenz since 1959.
