About This

• A Rectangular Pad That Cleans Into the Corners: Round machines leave a curve of untouched floor in every corner and along every baseboard. The 14 x 28 inch rectangular pad on this floor scrubber machine runs flat edges right into corners, along walls and under toe kicks. The spots that used to need hand work get machine-scrubbed in the same pass.
• 3500 RPM Orbital Action Without the Swing: Orbital machines don’t swing side to side, so this electric floor scrubber tracks straight with almost no operator effort. The 3500 RPM orbital motion scrubs chemical-free or strips finish with the right pad, and a new operator can run it within minutes. No wrestling, no learning curve.
• The Widest Coverage in the Koblenz Rectangular Line: 28 inches of pad width covers hallways, gyms, cafeterias and large open floors in fewer passes than any round machine. The 1.5 HP induction motor with sealed ball bearings on this commercial floor scrubber runs cool through continuous full-shift operation.
• Cast Iron Chassis and Cast Aluminum Pad Driver: At 135 lb with a cast iron chassis, this concrete floor scrubber provides its own pad pressure for aggressive stripping and deep scrubbing. The cast aluminum pad driver takes years of daily duty. Two 5-inch non-marking wheels roll it between jobs.
• 50-Foot Cord and a 5-Year Warranty: The 50-foot 3-wire grounded 14-gauge cord covers entire floors from a single outlet. The 2-piece chromed 13-gauge steel handle adjusts for operator height. This floor polisher machine carries a 5-year limited warranty from Koblenz, building floor equipment since 1959.
