About This

• COMPATIBILITY: Engineered for belt-drive gasoline engine setups and hollow-shaft electric motors made for 24 mm solid shaft; supports both 3450 rpm high-speed and 1725 rpm low-speed operations for maximum flexibility. Delivers 3.2 US gpm at 3450 rpm requiring 6.5 hp, or can be throttled down to 1.6 US gpm at 1725 rpm with 4.5 hp power to accommodate smaller motors
• PUMP SPECS: Max pressure 2700 psi | Max flow 3.2 US gpm | Max 3450 rpm | Power 6.5 hp | Horizontal mount belt-drive | Triplex plunger mechanism | Pump inlet 1/2" NPT-F | Pump outlet 3/8" NPT-F | Unloader inlet 3/4" garden hose | Unloader outlet 3/8" Quick-connect | Solid shaft 24 mm | Keyway 8 mm | Oil grade SAE 15W-40 | Water inlet pressure 0–50 psi | Max inlet temperature 122°F
• DURABLE BUILD: Forged brass manifold, anodized aluminum crankcase with cooling fins, ceramic-coated stainless steel plungers, forged steel crankshaft, and premium German seals ensure excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability in demanding environments
• EXTERNAL UNLOADER: Equipped with a detachable, bolt-on unloader valve for easier maintenance and replacement compared to integrated models; includes a built-in water filter and 20:1 detergent injector for precise pressure control and seamless soap application
• HIGH-RPM FLEXIBILITY: Engineered to run up to 3450 RPM for higher output or at 1725 RPM for reduced wear, lower heat, and improved longevity—ideal for adapting to different engine or motor configurations
• SIGHT GLASS: Integrated sight glass makes oil inspection simple and mess-free. Clearly monitor oil levels and check for water contamination without the need for a dipstick
• READY TO INSTALL: Ships prefilled with SAE 15W-40 oil and includes detergent tube with strainer, extra O-rings, operating manual with spare parts list
• VERSATILE APPLICATIONS: Built for more than just pressure washing; ideal for industrial misting, dust suppression, greenhouse cooling, odor control, and textile mill humidification, as well as cleaning heavy machinery, fleet vehicles, and agricultural equipment
